Removing Trim Bracket to Install the etrailer Hitch item # e75ZR on a 2022 Toyota Highlander

Question:

Im looking at this receiver hitch P/N E752R. I watch the video on installation of this receiver on Toyota Highlander and the guy demonstrating it removed this metal facia tab but didnt mentioned installing it back after the receiver has been installed. I read the installation detail and it is showing that part there. Should this part need to be put back? I have a 2022 Toyota Hybrid Highlander XLE.

The bracket being removed around the 9:50 part of the installation video for the etrailer Hitch item # e75ZR does not get reattached. You need the hole that the bracket attaches to secure one of the bolts that holds the hitch to your 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE.
