Question:

I have a maxx fan 2014-03-491KS-A0270 I need a replacement that can be controlled by a wall mount control. Can also have a remote if necessary.

I recommend upgrading to the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K. This unit has a smoke cover like your current fan, but unlike other fans this one can be operated in the rain without a cover. It has a wireless remote which you can mount with the included cradle in place of your wall mounted controller. The remote allows you to also set a temperature to automatically turn on the fan.
