I really like the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps because they are easy to use and come with landing gear so the steps are more stable than your standard steps that hover above the ground. The correct part number depends on your mounting bracket width as well as the height of your door:
25-1/2" Width:
18-1/2" - 28" # TLA8102
25-1/2" - 36" # TLA8103
32-1/2" - 44" # TLA8104
39-1/2" - 52" # TLA8105
46-1/2" - 60" # TLA8106
27-1/2" Width:
18-1/2" - 28" # TLA8002
25-1/2" - 36" # TLA8003
32-1/2" - 44" # TLA8004
39-1/2" - 52" # TLA8005
46-1/2" - 60" # TLA8006
