The correct Torklift Fast Gun tie downs are going to be dependent on the style of tie downs you have on your 2004 Ford F-350 Dually.
If you have tie downs mounted to the frame of your truck then you'll need (2) # TLS9529.
If you have tie downs mounted to the bed of your truck then you'll need (2) # TLS9521 instead.
