You referenced the K-Source Custom Towing Mirrors for the 2012 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab with electric mirrors, part # KS81810. This set of mirrors will fit several versions of the 2012 Ford F-150: Regular Cab, SuperCab and your SuperCrew Cab, as long as it has the electric mirrors. I have linked a video for this item for your reference that shows the compatible OEM mirrors and how to install this K-Source product.
If your SuperCrew Cab F-150 has non-STX style manual mirrors with turn signals then instead you can use CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11800. I have linked a video showing use of this product on a 2012 F-150.
Your exact view of the rear of your trailer will depend on its length and how you choose to adjust the mirrors. Both kits referenced allow for manual adjustment of the towing mirror.
