Since there is no comprehensive list of parts for all trailers, I have no way of knowing which brakes you need on your 2021 Flagstaff 524BBS. However, I can take an educated guess based on your trailer specs and help you identify your axles to be sure you select the correct parts.
Based on your GVWR you more than likely have at least 5,200 lb axles. Using that information it is a safe bet to say the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA will work as a replacement. These are designed for 5,200-7,000 lb axles, and fit a 12" x 2" hub and drum assembly. They also fit a 5-bolt brake flange pattern. If you need new mounting hardware we have the # BRKH12.
You can double check this by looking at the axle tag on your trailer. If the axle capacity is 5,200-7,000 lbs then you know these will work for you. If you only have a serial number you can either contact the axle manufacturer or send me a picture of the tag and I will help you identify the axles.
