Question:

I have a 2014 Puma 19RL trailer that I would like to install the Road Armor. The axles are 3500# and are 33 3/4inch apart. The shackles are 2 1/4inch oc. The holes on the equalizer are 5 1/2inch oc. The top hole is 2inch perpendicular to the equalizer hole line. The supporting bracket is thin compared to the Road Armor. Can this be strengthened? Is there a unit to fit?

With installing the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer # LC696740 you will want to use the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR76ZR on your 2014 Palomino Puma 19RL travel trailer. These shackles are longer at 3-1/8" on center to account for the additional height of the Road Armor Equalizer. To help strengthen the suspension I recommend adding the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR for each set of hangers. This will strengthen the hangers by connecting them together across the trailer.
