To be completely honest, I am not sure what size socket you would need for the Replacement Quick Connect Valve for D&W Inc. Spray-Away RV Exterior Hose System # PF247008. Personally, I would just use an adjustable wrench.

Maybe you have the socket needed, but most people have an adjustable wrench. Not everyone is going to have a socket large enough and deep enough to clear the quick connect portion for a socket to be useful.
