Hose Will Not Lock Into Valve On D&W Inc Spray-Away Unit

I am unable to connect my sprayer to my camper. No matter how hard I push it will not lock into place. Any ideas what i need to do?

Yes, the female quick-connect valve has likely stopped functioning which is then why it will no longer snap back into place to hold the male end on the hose. This usually occurs from dirt getting stuck inside over time but there is also a mechanical component that can fail as well. Nonetheless, the valve will need to be replaced at the very least using the Replacement Spray-Away Quick Connect Valve part # PF247008 or you could just replace the body and valve with the D&W Inc Dual Handle Spray-Away Unit part # PF247201 for white or part # PF247701 for black.
