To replace your 160468 - which is a Rota-Flex pin box for a Lippert 1621 - you will need to switch to a gooseneck pin box. The correct option to replace your Lippert 1621 is the following from Gen-Y:

- Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58GR

The # GY58GR has a 21,000 lb towing capacity and is for pin weights between 1,500 lbs and 3,500 lbs. You will also need the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - 84" Long - 26,000 lbs # GY49GR.
