Question:
I perched 2 hubs for my axle and now I want to get a new 60 inch axle I need the axle to fit the hubs that I got, the hubs that I bought is CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly w/ Carrying Case for 2,500-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - Pre-Greased ITEM # CE13110

The CE Smith # CE13110 is designed for 2,500 lb axles with # L44643 bearings. All of our available 60" axles use # L44649 bearings. The only solution would be to switch to hubs with the same bolt patter that use # L44649 bearings.
The Dexter Trailer Idler Axle w/ Idler Hubs # 20440I-EZ-60 that you looked at would work as a replacement assuming you only need a 2,000 lb capacity. For a 2,200 lb axle we have the # T20BTR-EZ-6048. Since this doesn't come with hubs you will also need # CE13109 if you want to stick with a CE Smith hub.
