Should travel trailer wheel lug nuts be re-torqued for every trip? Are alloy wheels more susceptible to requiring lug nut issues?

Expert Reply:
Trailer wheels do not need to be torqued for every trip. It's a good idea to torque them initially and then again once you make it to your first destination and you'll be good. After that I would probably check them once a season or however you feel but I would be shocked if there was ever a time they came loose.
