Question:
I have a Ford Expedition Platinum 2019 and will be getting a 2023 Ford Super Duty F-250 Platinum. I tow a 2020 Airstream Flying Cloud. I currently use the BlueOx WD hitch. Will the BandW make a significant difference in towing and ease of use characteristics? Ifo, which version of the hitch should I be ordering? Thank you!

The B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System part # BW78FR is a great system but so is the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System like part # BXW1006. In regards to ease of use, the B&W gets the edge as setting the spring bar tension is easier since you're just pumping a handle on one side whereas with the Blue Ox you must apply tension to the chain hanger brackets on both sides of the trailer. Therefore, in that aspect yes, it will be easier to use. That said, I do still feel Blue Ox has better sway control so it really comes down to what you value more, sway control or ease of use.
If you plan to be switching trailers, the B& W would get an edge here as well since you can do this without buying new spring bars.
