Yes, Blue Ox tow bars, like your Ascent # BX4375, are compatible with Curt baseplates like the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C64ER. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This wiring kit will display the traffic signals from your motorhome through the tail lights on your Ranger to remain street legal.
Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700. This system permanently mounts in your Ranger and provides fully proportional braking with no setup after the initial installation. It will require a Brake Light Relay # RM-88400 in order to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
