Hi, I want a Thule hitching post pro or the camber bike rack. Can you put mtn bikes on them or is it for road bikes only.

Yep, you can use carry mountain bikes on either the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR or Thule Camber # TH9056 bike racks. Since you mentioned wanting one or the other, I definitely recommend the Camber # TH9056.
There are a number of reasons for that, starting with more convenience. The Camber is easier to load bikes onto because the lower straps can be removed, and the cradles can fold up against the arms to slide your bikes on - with the Hitching Post Pro you have to just push your bikes over the cradles.
The straps on the Camber # TH9056 are also ratcheting compared to the buckle-style of the Hitching Post, meaning you can tighten the straps on the Camber to your bike's exact needs rather than the pre-set holes on the Hitching Post. The Camber also tilts and folds with the use of a lever compared to the Hitching Post's pull pins. And finally, the Camber has more distance between the cradles on the arms, so your bikes have less of a chance to bump into each other as you journey.
The only other thing you may want - for either bike rack - is security. You can secure your bikes to the racks with the Thule Cable Lock # TH538XT and secure the rack to your hitch with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2.
