A 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie has an estimated curb weight of 5,072 to 5,601lbs so you would have enough to capacity with your Blue Ox Aladdin tow bar. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations for you:

Baseplate: Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C49WR. This baseplate is a confirmed fit with your Laramie and compatible with your tow bar without needing adapters.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This splice-in diode kit will utilize your Ram's tail lights to properly display your motorhome's traffic signals and keep you street legal.

Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR. This portable braking system is easily installed or removed in minutes and have you safely towing your Ram. You will need to install a 12v outlet # RM-9332 in order to power the unit since any factory outlets wouldn't have power with the ignition off.
