The Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System # T63MR you're looking at has a weight capacity of 8,600 lbs and since your 2020 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 34TSB Travel Trailer has a base (unloaded) weight of 8,563 lbs you'll only get help from these Timbrens when you don't have anything loaded up in the trailer.
Since this is the case you'll be better off with a Timbren set that has a higher-rated capacity, like the 10K Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System with Under Steel Frame # TTRA15252. When fully loaded your trailer will still be over the weight rating, but you'll get much more help from this kit than the one you were initially looking at.
