While we don't currently have an installation video available the Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for GM Towing Prep Package # C36WR is super simple to install. The legs of this hitch are specifically designed to drop into the puck system in the bed of a GM truck. Each foot has a lever that you'll slide outwards from the hitch after removing the retention clip to turn the feet of the hitch into the unlocked position. Once they're unlocked you can drop the hitch into the pucks and then turn the levers back towards the hitch to lock the feet into the pucks and reinstall the retention clips.
I noticed that you have a 2019 Ford F-450 listed as your vehicle, if this is the case you would need the # C48BR instead to fit Ford's puck spacing.
