We have a variety of options when it comes to valve extenders, the real question is what angle are you needing the valve to be at to make it easy to access? For just the exterior dual wheel you can use shorter extenders like a Straight 2" # WM80292 or even a 135-Degree Bend # WM8029135 if you're needing a bit of an angle to get through the wheel handholes.
If you're wanting more of a hose style you would technically need to get a full kit like the # WM8001 you were looking at to get the outer wheel extender, but it's really just a simple braided hose so you could still go ahead and use an inner hose like # WM8009 or # WM8005 and make it work.
