I have one option for your 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan with a naked roof, but it's not a standard rack option.

It's the SeaSucker Ridge Ready # SEA46VR which uses vacuum cups to secure to your roof, and gives you a 150lb capacity though you'll want to check with the owner's manual to make sure your roof can hold that much.
