Question:
i have a camper eagle cap with Happijack 4560 electric jacks . rear left is not working, motor is bad, and the hand crank is not working either, appears something is damaged inside the leg part/gear parts. the gear part seems ok, not broken, we did find some thin metal fragments, i think its the retainer clip below the gears. the white lever that goes up and down to go from electric to manual will not fully go all the way or down? are there replacement parts for the upper gear section on the legs? if no replacement parts is there a replacement for the now out of production 4560 jack? i was told the 4220? is that correct? tried sending pics, cant get them to upload? what are my options? Thanks Jim

The only replacements parts we currently offer are just the gears # LC182851, which you said most likely isn't the cause. It does sound like something is binding up inside of the gear housing so I would at least try to take apart what you can to see if you can fix the issue or find out exactly why it's binding and hopefully save some money.
If not then yes, the 4220's # LC736514 are the correct replacement legs for your 4560's # LC736514-ELKIT.
