Welcome back Kevin. The Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator item # DX33FR with mounting bolts measuring 3" center to center. The holes are 1/2" in diameter and sit 3/4" below where the actuator will sit on top of your coupler.

The DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator item # DX33FR fits a 2" hitch ball and has a 7,500 lbs capacity. It's designed for drum brakes and fits 3" wide couplers.
