Is the inno 120 bike rack safe how it attaches to my vehicle as an expanding receiver without a pin going through the hitch

Yes, the hitch pin design of the Inno Tire Hold bike rack part # INH120 is safe to use. The shank that expands and compresses into the hitch tube which holds it really tightly. One tip is to move the rack around as you tighten the mechanism and you'll get all of the movement out of it.
