Recommended Lift Kit for a 5th Wheel Trailer w/ a High Nose

I have a F250 with the puck system in stalled, My existing hitch uses the rails, so I purchased an adaptor plate that fit the Puck system and convert it to the rails system. I have a B and W slide hitch, is is lowered as low as it will go, My Pin Box is moved up as far as it will go, there is still about 11 or 12 inch between the Bed rails and the bottom of the camper, the Nose of the camper is way too high. I am told that I can move the Axles on top of the Springs on the camper, however it is pretty tall now. Need to front of the camper by about 5 to 6 Inches. What are my Options:

It sounds like you have a B&W Patriot Slider item # BWRVK3270. I am surprised to hear you found an adapter that actually works with it. I recommend replacing that hitch with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package item # BWRVK3370. This hitch will drop right down into the pucks and sit the thickness of the adapter lower. If you are using the Curt item # C88KR this will save you 2-1/2".

For the rest of the 5" or 6" inches you are looking for I recommend flipping your axles below your springs. These kits are sold individually and you will need one per axle. The amount of lift you get will correspond to the thickness of your trailer's axles.
