Question:
Question on the Curt C15800. Most of the questions reference cab and chassis model trucks. I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 3500HD WT with an 8’ bed and factory bumper. Will this model fit my truck?

Expert Reply:
The # C15800 is specifically designed to fit the cab and chassis models and is not a fit for your 2009 GMC Sierra 3500HD WT. The WT should have the same attachment points as the 3500 Pickup so the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15703 would be the correct hitch. This is also a Class V hitch with a maximum gross trailer weight of 18,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 2,700 lbs.
