Hello, I am considering the Air Lift 57215 for my 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty but wanted to know if this is compatible with a 5th wheel hitch where the rails are installed using the BWRVR3200 BandW universal base rails install kit? Thanks for your help!

I have a solution for you but there are no air bags for your truck that will work with your B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWRVR3200. They occupy the same location on your 2003 F-250's frame. SumoSprings and Timbrens are also not compatible with that set of base rails.

Instead you will want to use the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit item # RAS3611-HD. This system offers 3,000 lbs in support for your truck's rear end. Like an air bag system you can adjust the tension of these springs to fine tune the comfort of your ride. These will help with sagging, sway, axle wrap, wheel hop, and bottoming out. They fit both the 2WD and 4WD models.
