Question:

I have thule tracks mounted at factory on my leer cap, both ends of the tracks are capped so how would i get the adapter nuts into the track? The is a bolt securing the end caps and im concerned that i would compromise the sealant around the bolt if i remove it to pop off cap exposing the track for the nut to slide in.

In order to use the Adapter Kit for Rhino-Rack RTL600 Legs # RRT-FK1 in your Thule truck cap tracks like the Thule Top Tracks for Roof Racks # THTP42, you will need to remove the end caps to slide the channel nut into the tracks.

You would just need to use some silicone sealant to reseal the hole where you took the bolt out to remove the cap.
