Hello, please recommend a spare tire Rack and Cover for my tow vehicle, to mount on the RV bumper. Wheel diameter is 29IN, width is 10.5 IN size: 255/50R19

What you'll need to do to install a 19" spare tire on the rear bumper of your RV is first install a trailer hitch # MNT47FR onto the bumper which will then allow you to install the etrailer spare tire carrier # e98ZR. The carriers that go directly to the bumper only work with wheels up 19" in diameter, so this is your only option.
For a tire cover you'll need # RA772901.
