Will Remote Transmission Cooler D15960 Be Enough for a 2011 Chevy Silverado Towing an 8k 5th Wheel

Question:
I have a 2011 Silverado Crew Cab with 5.3 l V8 with HD towing package including tranmssion cooler and 5ft 8in box rated to tow 9200lbs. I tow a 26ft PUMA fifth wheel with 8000lb GVWR. Loaded weight is 7600lbs. Recently getting caught in rush hour, stop and go, traffic in Atlanta with outside temp at 8 degrees Celcius. During the time in this slow moving traffic my transmission temp increased from 63 degrees C to 93 degrees C. I am concerned if this occurred in summer conditions I may overheat my transmission. I am looking at the Derale Transmission remote cooler model # 15960. Will this address my concern and Is this intended to replace my OEM transmission cooler or be used in addition to it ? I intend to install it behind the front grill, Is there enough space there without blocking the other coolers ?

The Derale remote transmission cooler, # D15960, is going to definitely provide enough cooling for your 2011 Silverado. The fact that it has its own fan means it will be getting the optimum amount of cooling all the time. You would use it to supplement the factory cooler, not replace it.
The dimensions of the cooler are 5-5/8 inches deep, 13 inches wide, and 10 inches tall. You can use these dimensions to find the best place to put the cooler. Since it has its own fan it does not have to mount behind the grille.
