Question:
2011 Toyota Sienna XLE: It looks like you have 2 Class II hitches. Which one will have the most ground clearance? It looks like the Curt #C12065, but you are the experts. Also, I am assuming that with more ground clearance, the cross bar will be more hidden....correct?

The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C12065 is going to give you better ground clearance than the Draw-Tite item # 36513 by 3/4". The Curt is 11-3/4" from the top of the receiver to the ground and the Draw-Tite is 11" from the top of the receiver to the ground. Neither one of these hitches do a good job of concealing the crossbar.
If you are interested in a hitch that conceals the crossbar then I recommend going up to a 2" receiver and getting the etrailer Hitch item # e98853. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your 2011 Sienna with included hardware. The top of this hitch sits 12-1/4" from the ground.
If you already have 1-1/4" accessories you can use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # HT02. This reducer will allow you to use bike racks and cargo carriers for 1-1/4" receivers in a 2" receiver without sacrificing any capacity.
