No, the Replacement Upper Bracket # F2135825289 would not be a good fitment for the Firestone Rear Air Spring # F9000. The Replacement Upper Bracket # F2135825289 is for Firestone Ride-Rite systems like the # F2245 and the # F9000 is for Firestone Sport-Rite systems like the # F2320.

We do have the Replacement Upper Bracket # F2135825377 which fits the Firestone Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2320 and has the # F9000 air spring. But without knowing your vehicle year/make/model I cannot say whether this will fit your vehicle as well as the # F9000 spring.
