I have ram 2500 tradesman would this fit? Also, I read the description and it mentions there is part not included with this purchase and not sure what part is nor what it’s for?

The Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards # AA3025179 are just the boards and do not come with the mounting brackets and LED lights, which is the part mentioned that is not included. The ActionTrac DO fit your 2015 Ram 2500 (including the Tradesman model) so long as you have a Crew Cab or Mega Cab, but you'll need the kit that includes the mounting brackets, and that depends on what cab you have:
