The Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 will technically work with any vehicle that has a 7-Way with the trailer light and 12V power functions active. The reason why we don't list it as compatible with your 2007 Roadmaster Monaco Dynasty is because using a wireless brake controller with a Class A motorhome isn't going to produce consistent results. The Echo will technically work once the settings are established, but when you're on the road we can't guarantee the manual override will work properly at that great of a distance.
If you really like the idea of how the Echo operates then I recommend using the one mentioned above for your other vehicles and the using the Echo Under-Dash # C27JR for your motorhome. The Under-Dash version operates essentially the same way, but you mount it underneath your dash instead, much like a standard brake controller. You can still use the app to make your adjustments and the app or Button # C83HR for the manual override if you wish.
I'm attaching some review videos of both brake controllers for you to check out and compare them together.
