Yes, in general and assuming the same thickness it is easier to cut aluminum when compared to steel. For a steel wheel lock that fits the same size wheels as the aluminum # BLEZ-302 I recommend the Rack'Em Lock'em Magnum Wheel Lock # RA-25. This is a double sided lock that fits 12" - 15" wheels or 15" - 20" wheels. It also features rubber coated arms to keep from scratching your wheels up.
