We have a mini cooper 2 door 2013. Will this saris bones ex 2 fit our mini? Also we do have a spoiler, so do the straps go under it or over?

Yes, the Saris Bones EX 2 Bike Rack - Adjustable Arms - Trunk Mount # SAR83FR will fit on your 2013 Mini Cooper with a spoiler.

For the straps you'll want to position them over the spoiler so the rack can sit a bit higher up to clear the spoiler. This rack also has a carrying capacity of 2-bikes that weigh 35-lbs each for a total of 70-lbs.
