Hi, can you get a pilot hole center cap for a 2.84inch in black or white plastic? Thanks

The Chrome Center Cap # AM90113 is the only finish the manufacturer offers for a center cap to fit in your 2.84" pilot hole. These are a steel construction and not plastic like you are looking for. You can always scuff these with some sandpaper and spray them in either a white or black finish if you are unable to find another manufacturer who makes a center cap in the color you are wanting.
