Can the Firestone automatic leveling system work on a Air Ride spring system that I have on a F-250 Ford?

I'm not sure what system you are talking about specifically, but so long as you have air helper springs like Ride-Rite from Firestone, then yes, you can use the Firestone Automatic, Pneumatic Height-Control Valve - Dual Leveling # F2017.
Keep in mind the Height-Control Valve does require a compressor and air tank, the Firestone Air Command - Heavy-Duty Compressor and 1/2-Gallon Tank # F2047.
