For your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty dually you will need the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH83GR. The Receiver # 306-X7904 will only fit on single rear wheel models of the F-350. At this time we do not have an installation video as we have not seen a 2022 F-350 dually in our facility to have this front receiver installed.
