Both of those part numbers belong to the same shank. It is the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank item # EQ90-02-4700. This shank fits a 2-1/2" Hitch, it has a 7" rise, and a 3" drop. This shank is made in the USA and has a 16,000 lbs towing capacity and a 1,600 lbs maximum tongue weight.
