Question:
On part number Item # SHK73RR, what is the appropriate hitch lock that will work to secure my trailer? I have a Curt lock currently, but it wont work with this style hitch. Thank you.

Your Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Trailer Coupler # SHK73RR uses an eZ-Latch coupler like what we see with the Demco # DM14040-81 so to secure this style of coupler I recommend using the etrailer Coupler Lock # e98888 when you have your trailer coupled to your tow vehicle, and then the Trimax Dual Purpose Coupler Lock and U-Lock # TMX67FR when your trailer is parked and unhitched.
There are some more cost-effective solutions like the Curt Tri-Ball Trailer Coupler Lock # C48CR, but this seems to be more of a simple preventative solution whereas the InfiniteRule lock has a shear strength of 42,000 lbs and is known for being a tough lock solution. The Trimax doesn't have a shear strength rating but it's designed to wrap around the coupler as opposed to just having a hitch ball jammed into the coupler which is why I like it better.
I'm attaching some review videos for you to check out as comparisons.
