I have a 2017 Mercedes Benz 3500 - Dual Rear Wheel motor home. I would like to find out the best - - non-air - vehicle stablization kits for the front and back

You were definitely on the right track looking at SumoSprings, but the fit is going to depend on whether or not you have a 2WD or 4WD Sprinter.
For 2WD you'd need part # SSR-338-54 for the rear and part # SSF-106-47 for the front.
For 4WD you'd need part # SSR-339-47-2 for the rear and part # SSF-327-47 for the front.
All of these springs are made to easily install with no drilling required and are completely maintenance free. I've attached some videos below to help walk you through the installation of these products.
