Does the Warranty of the NOCO AC Port Plug Cover the Ground Pin Breaking Off
Updated 02/08/2023 | Published 02/07/2023 >
Question:
Have one of these on my camper van and ground plug snapped off and is inside my extension cord plug. Negative reviews on other sites report this as a problem. Any reports of this to you? If I purchase a new one from you and that happens again, would 1-year warranty cover that? Thanks.

I have not personally heard of that being an issue with the NOCO AC Port Plug # 329-GCP1. But, I did reach out to the manufacturer about if it would be covered. They said that as long as this happened within the 1-year warranty period, we would be able to cover it under warranty.
