Question:
Looking at the Thule Easyfold with ramp for E Bikes ... and there is a discounted one for sale ... listed for just under $700. I dont mind a blemish or two or damaged box. However, I would require an instruction booklet and all the parts needed. Can you verify they are there for that discounted price? With the damage, is it still easily shipped to Arizona? I have a 2016 Toyota Camry SE and will also need a hitch installed.

The best hitch to use a bike rack on your 2016 Toyota Camry is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C12107. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Camry with included hardware.
This is a class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towning capacity and a 350 lbs tongue weight. This hitch will be perfect for using the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202.
If you go down the left side of our product pages below the pictures you will see a blue link that says, Locate installers near me. If you click on this and input your zip code you will be able to access our network of installers in Arizona.
I have linked the instructions below in the event they are not included with the discounted Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202. This is most likely a return so it'll have all of the parts required to use it on your Camry. It will be shipped in a repackaged box.
If you are ever planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C55567 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
