Troubleshooting Timbren Gap Difference Between Sides on 2016 Ford F-250

Question:
when installing the timbren on a 2016 ford f250 with peg style blocks ,, gap is not the same on both sides, right side 1/2 in and left side 3/4in should i put a spacer on one side only ???

Hey Nick! The gap is typically the same on both sides when installing the Timbren SES # TFR250SDG. The smallest recommended gap is 1/2" so adding a spacer isn't a good idea. The smallest spacer is also 1/2" so you would be down to a 1/4" gap on the 3/4" side making them engage faster which you don't really want.
I would leave them as is and look at your suspension. The height of the Timbren SES brackets and springs should be equal (you could measure and double check to be sure I suppose). It is probably worn out suspension causing it to not sit level. Also, if you choose to leave everything as is I would expect them to function as intended once you add a load to your truck bed or hook up to a trailer.
