Good Morning, I would like to purchase a CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for my Ranger 620FS Boat trailer. Would you be able to tell me which specific product would best fit this application? Thanks

Based on images I could find on your Ranger 620FS boat trailer they all use a wide keel roller like the 12" CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly # CE10455G. This particular roller is made of a thermal-plasticized rubber (TPR) which makes it stronger than rubber but will also not mar your boat keel.
We do carry the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-2 which will allow you to mount it on a 3" tall by 2" wide crossmember. If you have a different size crossmember let me know or you will be able to source some correct size u-bolts locally for your frame crossmember.
