Procedure for Dolly Towing 208 Kia Soul

Question:
2018 Kia Soul on tow dolly. I was told to have the key turned. To ACC and put automatic transmission into neutral. Does that sound correct?

The final authority on tow dolly procedures will be the owners manual of your 2018 Kia Soul. I pulled up your manual online and in it it says to switch ignition to ACC, put transmission into neutral, and then release parking brake.
