Question:

Im installing in a new build , explain the jumper and should I remove , also the use of the 002 red wire , last question the black wire coming out the back by itself thru the grille its attached where , thank you

The jumper for the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4045KA is used to connect the fuse board to the battery positive terminal.

The red wires will be connected to the first two DC fuse holders. These are rated for larger fuses than the rest of the fuse holders so you'd use these for anything that needs a higher DC current.

As far as the last black wire you're asking about I'm not quite sure which wire you're referencing exactly, however this sounds like wire used to connect the converter AC hot to the 15A circuit breaker.
