Can Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V Commercial Duty - 2-1/2 Be Reduced to 2"

Question:

I realize it has a 2 1/2” square opening but could it be sleeved to 2”? As always, thanks for your assistance. Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V Commercial Duty - 2-1/2

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V Commercial Duty - 2-1/2 can be reduced from a 2-1/2" opening to a 2" opening using the Curt Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve part # C45405. Please note, in order for me to confirm fit of said hitch I would need to know year, make, and model of the vehicle and or chassis.
