Question:

Replacing Lasalle Bristiol black water valve. How do you get old valve flanges out as per instructions for new valve says to use pipe adhesive sealant and imagine old flanges have same sealant and will not come loose.

The abs cement isn't going to come loose and will require you to cut the pipe a bit further back and using a coupling # D50-2935 and more straight pipe to get back to where it originally sat for the valve. That being said, you can also just unbolt the valve from the flanges and do the same with the # 34466N4AB36GM you were looking at, swap it in, and bolt it in place with the old flanges.
