The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-501 is a confirmed fit for a 2022 Ford F-150 with a 6.5' bed. I'm no quite sure exactly what you're saying about the bulkhead though. I do know there's an aftermarket bulkhead rail system that sits inside of the bed and wouldn't interfere with the how this ladder rack mounts since it sits in the stake pockets.

If you're asking for the extra space over the cab then you'd want the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH43002XT-501EX, which has cantilever attachment for additional storage space.
